For those who are confident with exercise and looking to put a new spin on their cardiovascular and strength goals, have successfully completed Level 1 or anyone looking to sharpen their skills. 

 

Think faster on your feet by practicing speed, agility and quickness drills that focus your brain on your environment and the present. 

 

This level teaches you to adapt to uncertainty and move beyond your comfort zone.

Available from only £45 per session, this package builds on your exercise knowledge by introducing you to new, stimulating training systems using TRX, hurdles, sandbags, reaction games and more.

ONLINE TRAINING
